This is the only full-length William book (the others being made up of short stories) and was based on Val Guest's screenplay for the 1947 film of the same name. 264 pages. Minimal rubbing to spine and corners. Tiny dent to top edge of rear cover. Endpapers and textblock are lightly foxed. Dustwrapper is complete, just a little edge rubbed and slightly grubby to rear panel. There is a small hole/tear to rear panel as well.
