Volume I is third impression 1958, Volume II is first edition 1957. Personal bookplate stuck to front pastedown of both volumes. Inscription in ink to both volumes on free front endpapers. Dustwrappers are browned and grubby. Contained in publisher's white slipcase in good condition:heavily browned and grubby.
