Poor condition.
A Father Tuck's Panorama. Oblong format. 4 plates in concertina form that fold out to create a large panorama with 14 numbered card figures of cats, and corresponding numbered slits in the panorama to insert the cat figures. On the reverse is a rhyme by Arthur Burnaby with b/w illustrations also by Wain. Each plate has now separated (the spine has completely gone) so that four individual plates are left. Plates are nice and bright. Six of the fourteen cat figures are missing. One cat figure is missing the head. Some figures a little creased. Rear cover grubby and torn where pocket flap was (pocket flap missing).

Translated and edited with introduction by Child. White cloth with blue decoration and titles to front and spine. 6 tissue guarded Colour plates. Text surrounded by border. Xliii and 132 Pages. Spine and corners bumped. Covers a bit grubby and lightly rubbed. It looks as though the front endpaper was missing (torn out) and then the rear endpaper has been removed to replace the front one! Strange! Some foxing and fingering to contents but generally clean.
