Musty smell to contents. Dustwrapper is slightly edge worn, a few small marks to rear panel. This is the October reprint in same year as first edition.

The friendliest family of ghosts nearly lose their home.... Oblong format. Grey boards, red title to spine and vignette to front cover. 36 pages. Illustrated throughout. Light fingering to endpapers. Musty smell to contents which are otherwise clean. Dustwrapper is a little grubby and edge worn with two large tears to front panel.
