Very good condition. New Impression. Blue cloth with gilt title to spine and elaborate gilt decoration to front cover and spine. Eight coloured plates. Numerous b/w illustrations. 388 pages, all edges gilt. 7.5 x 5".
Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Endpapers lightly browned. Some light foxing. Rear joint is cracked. A few light fingermarks but covers and contents generally clean.
