Very good condition. Cloth spine with black titles, brown paper boards with white titles, black and pale yellow vignettes, onlay shows two children looking at fairy in boat. 14 stories. 12 colour plates plus b/w text illustrations. 136 pages plus 4 page book list.
Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Odd small mark to covers. Ink inscription to half-title page dated 1918. Small bookseller's price label to rear pastedown. A couple of hinges cracked. Endpapers browned. Foxing to text block. Odd grubby fingermark to contents. All plates present, a couple are starting to detach from bottom.
