Very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. This book tells the story of a family who like to keep Christmas properly, and in the course of the story, most of the old customs are explained. Green cloth, gilt title and vignette. Colour pictorial endpapers. B/w pictures and silhouettes. 179 pages.
Bumping to spine and corners. Inscription in ink to half title page. Foxing to page edges. Some light fingering to margins. Price-cut pictorial wrapper is edge worn and creased with some tears. Spine is browned. A little light foxing to rear flap.
