A couple of small margin marks else contents clean. Scarce dustwrapper is slightly edge chipped with very slight loss, tape repairs on verso.

Title-strip is split and lightly damp stained. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Pale page browning. Tear to lower margin of one of the colour illustrations. Rear free-endpaper is torn with loss at top edge.
