Very small oblong format. Yellow cloth spine, pictorial boards. Colour illustrations (originally appearing in the 1887 Almanack). Covers lightly foxed, a few small indentations (teeth marks?) to top edge of rear cover. Light foxing to contents. Original tissue paper wrapper is browned with a few foxspots, loss to lower edge of front panel and significant loss to rear panel.

Contained in original glassine wrapper which states "The coloured illustrations are the actual first printing of the 1883 Almanack. The text for the Year 1924 is now inserted". The wrappper is just slightly edge chipped but complete.
