Pink boards, gilt title to spine and vignette of hamster to front board. B/w illustrations. A little loss to margin of gutter edge of front endpaper. Small name in ink to front pastedown hidden by the front flap of dustwrapper. Contents clean. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn with a few closed tears and yellowing tape to verso at edges.

What appear to be sticky glue marks to inside front cover and opposite on belongs to page. Name in ink in belongs to box. NOT price-cut. Foxing to outer page edges and a few page margins. Some page corner creases. Illustrations are still lovely and bright!!!
