Pictorial endpapers and b/w illustrations. xvi and 160 pages including index. ISBN: 0224025872. Spine bumped. Small indentation to edge of front cover. Contents clean. White dustwrapper is edge creased with wear to top of spine and small tear to edge of front panel (to match dent in cover below).
Adaptations into poetry of the Aesop Fables. Brown boards, gilt title to spine. Blue endpapers. Superb colour and b/w illustrations. ISBN: 0722653603. Spine slightly bumped. Pale page browning else contents fine. Dustwrapper is very lightly browned.

Cheaper edition. Red cloth, black titles and vignettes. 8 colour plates. B/w text illustrations. 223 numbered pages. 8 x 5.5". A chunky book being 1.5" thick. Spine slightly bumped and very slightly sunned. Name in ink to front free-endpaper. White dustwrapper is edge worn and torn with some pieces of loss.
Instructive applications by Croxall. Small format. Brown cloth. Gilt title to spine. 296 pages. Illustrated with 100 b/w engravings. Pull-out b/w frontispiece. Covers are worn and grubby. Inscription in ink to front pastedown, further writing in ink to rear endpapers. Front free-endpaper is missing. Contents are foxed and very grubby.

Burgundy silk page marker. SIGNED by Publishers. This is Copy No. 184. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Darkening/browning to spine. A few grubby marks to covers. Yellow stain to one corner of rear cover. Front joint is cracked. Foxing to pages in varying degrees; some pages just have foxing to outer page edges. All colour plates are present and in excellent condition!

All plates present. Bottom corner of page 144 has small piece torn off.

All plates present. Price-cut dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped with some loss to top of spine and front panel. Spine browned and slightly faded. Rear panel a little grubby. Some foxing.
