Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Red boards, black title to spine. 256 pages. Top edge red. 4 b/w illustrations.
Bumping to spine. Page browning. Marks to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is price-cut with tears and chips; some repairs to verso with sticky tape; a bit of loss.

- A term at Linbury Court School would not be complete without JEnnings and Darbishire getting up to something. But this term exceeds all others in "hoo-hah's" as Darbishire would say. There was a photographic expedition which started off quietly enough; there was a guinea pig brought to the school by a well-meaning but misguided grandmother; there was a school inspector ..............
- It is a hilarious term with trouble brewing up thick and fast from every quarter, but finally it is Jennings himself who saves the situation and even Mr. Wilkins, his exasperated form master, has to admit that "there must be something to be said for the silly little boy, after all !"
