Pictorial boards, blue cloth spine. Front board shows cat at a writing desk with 3 kittens behind. Colour mounted frontis plate, two dogs playing at the sea-side. B/w illustrations throughout, many of cats! 87 pages. 10 x 8". Spine has faded to brown, with some other marks; appears to have been repaired to top and tail at some point. Heavy scuffing and surface paper damage to covers. Corners are bumped and very worn. Joint/hinge between title page and frontis is cracked, showing stitching and webbing. Foxing and browning to pages throughout.
