A tall (15") cardwrap shaped book. 3 colour illustrations (one double-spread) plus b/w text illustrations of cats in Louis Wain's delightful style. 12 pages, unpaginated. Covers are edge worn and slightly grubby. Page browning and a few light marks to contents. Generally a nice copy of a scarce item.

Brown cloth spine with dark brown title and illustration, pictorial front board. Colour plates plus b/w text illustrations (mostly Wain but others also). Spine is grubby. Covers are edge worn and also grubby, a couple of small scratch marks to front cover. New endpapers. Some light foxing. Some colouring to some of the b/w illustrations and some erasing as well. There is a musty (tobbaco?) smell to the contents.

What happens when Orlando and his family go to visit their cousins the Water Cats in France. ISBN: 0224006622. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn, spine slightly faded. Barcode label to rear cover. Name and date in ink to front free-endpaper. Some light foxing to page margins/textblock. Generally contents clean.

B/w illustrations throughout, many of cats! 87 pages. 10 x 8". Spine has faded to brown, with some other marks; appears to have been repaired to top and tail at some point. Heavy scuffing and surface paper damage to covers. Corners are bumped and very worn. Joint/hinge between title page and frontis is cracked, showing stitching and webbing. Foxing and browning to pages throughout.

Spine and corners bumped, some browning to cover edges. Split to lower 1" of rear edge of spine and some water(?) damage to lower edges of rear cover. Endpapers browned. Some foxing and grubby fingermarks to contents. Price-cut wrapper is worn, torn and creased. Some pulling of hinges causing contents to be slightly loose.
American Edition. Green cloth covered boards, titles to spine and front cover. Line drawings throughout. ISBN: 0689310862. SIGNED by author, with dedication to a previous owner on half-title page. 3rd printing. Names in ink to front endpaper on both sides. Wrapper has loss to base of spine; damp mark to rear panel, which also goes across some outer page edges. Wrapper also has some tears.

Miss Emma was a maiden lady cat who had made a delightful home for herself in a dustbin. Pale blue boards, red titles. Colour plates plus b/w illustrations. 80 pages. Presentation plate, inscription in ink, tape marks and tear to front endpaper. Surface paper lifting to front pastedown, where it appears something has been removed. Tape and other marks to rear endpaper/pastedown. Some foxing. Wrapper is price-cut with tears and chips; some loss; foxed with grubby marks.
Large, oblong spiral bound shaped book. Each leaf gets larger. Spiral binding is slightly damaged. Pages are slightly grubby from fingermarks and also slightly worn at corner tips.
