Very good condition in a fair dustwrapper. Red cloth covers with elaborte pictorial gilt decorations to front and spine. 20 beautiful tipped in plates mounted on grey card. Top edge coloured (blue?). Outer page edges uncut. 431 pages. 9.5 x 6.5".
Spine and corners bumped with fading to top and tail of spine and to edge of rear cover. Inscription in ink to verso of front endpaper. Last plate and a number of pages before it are creased. Foxing to outer page edges. Dustwrapper is very grubby and lightly stained, edge worn and torn with loss to spine and corners (2" loss to base of spine).
