Almost very good condition. A selection of short stories by various authors. First story is "The Magic Feather" by Dowle. Large format. Glazed pictorial boards. Front cover shows girl laying down on floor with toys and reading a book. Two-tone illustrations throughout.

Spine is faded with some marks and chipping to top and tail. Corners are bumped. Front joint is cracked and looking a bit messy. Some page browning and odd foxspot.
