Very good condition. Pictorial boards. Front cover shows girl walking a large dog in the snow. Colour plates and b/w illustrations. First item is "Cheerful Conversation". 1 b/w Louis Wain illustration entitled "A bogus Father Christmas".

Spine slightly bumped and grubby. Corners worn. Rear cover is slightly grubby. Endpapers have been professionally replaced. Contents are browned and foxed. One of the mounted colour plates has slight damage to a top corner and has been re-glued into place.
