Nister 744. Printed in Bavaria. Dark green cloth spine, pictorial paper boards. Front cover shows young girl in blue and white dress pulling her bonnet on and wearing a satchel across one shoulder. Mounted colour frontis shows a girl and her dolly sat beneath a tree. B/w illustrations throughout. 79 pages. Covers are worn and grubby. Prize plate to front pastedown. Contents browned with some marks. Joint between front free-endpaper and half title-page is cracked, front free-endpaper is part detached. Staples rusty.

A nice selection of 45 short stories. B/w text illustrations throughout. Red cloth with silver vignette and titles. 205pp. 10 x 7.5". Spine bumped, covers edge rubbed. Textblock is lightly foxed and well thumbed. Dustwrapper is edge worn and creased, rear panel is slightly grubby.
Cloth spine, pictorial front board showing portrait of a terrier dog. Colour frontis "waiting for Master". B/w text illustrations and photos. 160 pages. Covers are edge worn. Some foxing to rear cover. Both joints are broken causing front free-endpaper to be almost detached. Contents browned, creasing to rear free-endpaper.

New Edition. Red cloth, gilt title to spine, in green title block. 400 pages, top edge green. B/w illustrations. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Some slight foxing and spotting to endpapers. Top edge has faded (no longer green). Price-cut wrapper is edge chipped and creased with tape to top of spine on verso.
