Very good condition. Large format. White decorated cloth with gilt title to spine and circular onlay to front cover. Pictorial endpapers. 12 colour plates plus b/w illustrations.
Spine bumped and very slightly worn. Covers very slightly grubby. Name and date in ink to front pastedown. Inscription in ink to half-title. Heavy foxing to first few and last few pages and to textblock, some light fingermarks to margins. Plates are present and lightly browned at white margins and light foxing on versos, one plate has a small mark to margin and is slightly wrinkled (only really evident at margins). A nice copy.
