Green pictorial boards. Colour illustrations throughout. 10 x 8.5". ISBN: 0723205868. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Contents fine. Price-cut wrapper is slightly edge worn and has an edge tear to rear panel.
A series of outline engravings for water-colour painting with descriptive stories and verses by George Weatherly. Rebound in black cloth with a leather spine. Slight scuffing to cloth and light wear to spine. Endpapers are slightly grubby. Some foxing throughout, heavy to rear pages. Illustrations have been very neatly coloured in (as they were meant to be).
Verses by Mrs. Barker, 382 illustrations by Greenaway (colour plates and b/w text illustrations). Small format (3.75 x 4"). Beige decorated cloth covers with bevelled edges. Turquoise endpapers. 125 numbered pages. All edges yellow. Covers are well worn and grubby with splits to spine (possibly relaid?). Joints have been repaired. There have only been a few ink entries made. Contents are generally clean.
Accompanied by a progressive series of easy and familiar lessons. Pictorial boards. B/w text illustrations. 108 pages. Covers are a little grubby and worn. Circular cup(?) mark to front cover. Endpapers are lightly browned. Contents are clean.
Small, oblong format. Cardwraps held together with a silk ribbon. 4 colour plates. Covers are grubby. Silk ribbon has been replaced with silver paper(?). Some grubby marks inside covers but plates still bright and clean.

Some slight loss of surface paper to spine corners of front cover. Cover edges worn. Hinges are pulled causing binding to be loose. Some page margin tears and light stains.

Covers are grubby with bumping to spine and corners. Name in ink (partially erased) to front free-endpaper. Hinges are cracked and pulled (showing stitching beneath) but the binding is still generally tight. Some pages are slightly grubby.
A Humorous Tale Written Principally by a Lady of Ninety. Brown cloth, gilt vignette & title to front. 22 woodcuts. With new illustrations by Greenaway. 3rd issue of first edition. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Covers scuffed and marked. Front joint is cracked, hinges pulled showing stitching beneath but binding still tight. This is a well loved edition and the pages are quite grubby in places.

Beautiful plates that have captioned page guards. Spine browned and worn with fraying to top & tail. Boards are grubby. Text block browned. Joints cracked but binding tight. SIGNED by John Greenaway and number 275 (?) of 500. Some minor foxing and age related marks presnt. All plates present. Plate on page 88 has a repaired closed tear which does not affect the actual illustration. Plate and tissue guard facing page 166 is creased at edges with a few tiny closed tears.
