Blue cloth, black titles and vignette to front. Blue and white endpapers show map of Malory Towers. 150 pages. B/w illustrations. Minimal rubbing to spine and corners. Some foxing to textblock. Covers and contents clean. Dustwrapper is slightly edge chipped with slight loss else bright.

Inscription in ink (green ink) to front free-endpaper. Endpapers are foxed. Contents are clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn and foxed (visible on flaps and verso) and has a section of loss to base of spine. Spine is also slightly browned.

Browning to lower 2" of spine (where piece is missing from dustwrapper). Inscription in ink to verso of front free-endpaper. Foxing and some finger but contents generally clean. Price-cut wrapper is badly worn and torn with extensive tape repairs on verso, lower 2" of wapper spine is missing. A decent first edition in a poor wrapper.

Red boards, black titles, blue and white pictorial endpapers, two-tone & b/w illustrations. Second impression. Spine bumped. Covers slightly dusty to front, marked to rear. Some slight foxing else contents are clean. Two page corners are creased (where book page has been used as a bookmark). Dustwrapper has a large section missing from across top of both panels and spine, remains of wrapper is slightly edge worn.

One page had lower corner torn off and is now held in place with aging sellotape. Some foxing and fingering but contents otherwise generally clean.
