Duck decoy with the purpose of ringing wild ducks, although this was not always the case. Pictorial cardwraps. B/w illustrations a few colour photos. 64 pages. ISBN: 0903803089. SIGNED by the author Tony Cook and the illustrator Anne Treadwell-Cook (no dedication). Covers a little scuffed. Front joint pulled between front endpaper and contents page. Binding tight.

Blue cloth, gilt titles. 9 x 11.5". 138 pages. Written with charm and vigour. Exquisite colour plates. B/w illustrations. 11th impression. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Tiny booksellers sticker to rear pastedown. Front endpapers have been professionally replaced. Foxing to textblock, rear endpapers and some page margins. Some pale page edge browning, generally contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge chipped with slight loss, has large tear (repaired) and crease to rear panel and is a bit grubby.
