Green cloth covers; gilt title to spine. 11 b/w plates plus portrait frontis. The journey was undertaken July 21st to September 8th 1837. Privately printed. 2" split to cloth on spine down one edge and then horizontally across both ends of split. Spine is browned. Corners are bumped. Covers are marked. Dedicated by author (No Signature). Browning to pages.
