Large format. Beige cloth spine with dark titles. Pictorial front cover shows four children at a campfire. Colour plates plus colour and b/w illustrations. Marks to spine; splash mark to top. Scuff marks to covers. Wear and bumping to corners. Presentation plate to front pastedown. Foxing and some grubby margin marks.

A selection of popular Hymns inc. Onward Christian Soldiers, All Things Bright and Beautiful etc. 5.5" x 4.5". Blue cloth, gilt title to front. Illustrated endpapers. 11 colour plates, b/w text illustrations. Foxing and page browning. Small inscription in ink to verso of front endppaer. Wrapper has a few marks with some edge-creasing and closed tears.

Slightly better than good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper.
From Flower Fairies of the Autumn. Grey paper boards with blue titles, blue cloth spine. Pictorial onlay to front board. 12 poems with accompanying tipped-in colour plates and music by Linnell. A lovely book. Spine bumped and worn with a couple of marks. Wear to corners with some loss of surface from top corner of front cover. Rear cover is marked (water?) with light crease to bottom corner. Ink inscription to front endpaper. Light stains to bottom edges of endpapers and some pages. Foxing throughout. All plates present and in very good condition. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped, also grubby with stains and with hole to centre of spine. Some tape repairs to tears on verso.

Light brown chequered boards, dark title to front and spine. Pictorial onlay to front board of "The Mulberry Fairy". 24 colour plates throughout. Small format, 5.5 x 4.25". Blue illustrated endpapers. Bumping to spine and corners. Pencil writing erased from title page. Pages browned. Couple of hinges are cracked. Some light foxing to verso of illustrations. Price-cut dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped. Wrapper is grubby. Foxing to verso.

Large format. Cream/beige cloth spine with black title and illustration, pictorial front board showing boy and girl making a daisy chain. Colour plates and b/w illustrations. First story is "After The Party" by Barnes. Spine, corners and cover edges bumped and worn. Covers grubby with some scratches. Spine browned. One hinge cracked. Light stain to bottom of front endpapers. Some margin tears. A few marks and fox spots to contents but many pages are clean.

First story is "The Hole In The Road" by Madeline Barnes. Spine bumped. Corners and cover edges are bumped and worn. Covers slightly grubby with light scratches to front cover. Both joints and a couple of hinges starting to crack. A couple of margin tears. Puzzle partially completed. Some foxing and browning. Contents generally clean. All colour illustrations present.

Colour plates and illustrations, b/w text illustrations. First story is "How We Stole an Uncle From Australia". Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn. Light scratch marks to front cover. Grubby mark to verso of front free-endpaper and frontis (possibly remains of a squashed insect!). Light fingering else contents clean.
