Burgundy textured boards. Gilt titles. Blue pictorial endpapers. Colour frontis. B/w and two-tone illustrations. 2nd impression. Top inch of spine is faded. Wear to cover edges. Foxing to outer page edges and some to prelims. Wrapper is badly torn - front flap torn off - but still present - loss to top of spine - messily taped together in places.

The third in the Colour Book series. Green cloth, dark titles. B/w illustrations. 18 stories. 150 pages. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Neat name in ink to front free-endpaper. A couple of hinges are cracked. A binding error has caused a small tear/hole to margin of page 57/8. Endpapers lightly browned. Dustwrapper is edge rubbed and torn with minimal loss at corners and is a bit grubby.
