Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Tim and Janie rescue a duck from the common pond. Dark green boards, gilt title to spine. Vignette to front cover. B/w text illustrations. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Light stain to base of spine (affecting spine edges of covers). Endpapers partly browned. Small mark to front pastedown. Dustwrapper is edge worn and torn with tape repairs on verso.

A book of rhymes. B;ue cloth with dark blue titles and pictorial onlay to front. 56 numbered pages. Lovely b/w tipped-in photography plates of a young girl in different poses. Printed on grey paper. Spine and corners bumped, spine slightly darkened. Rear cover is partly discoloured with a few small pink marks. Small mark to pictorial onlay. Front cover is slightly warped. Some light foxing to the plates and light browning to the endpapers.

Minor discolouring to lower edge of prelims. One or two plates have minor corner creases.

Pale page browning. A nice copy of this scarce item.

Red cloth with silver title to spine. 216 pages. A story of the British Military Government in Vienna. Top and tail of spine a little bumped. Pictorial wrapper is faded to spine, marked to rear panel with a few small edge-chips and tears. Front of wrapper with Ardizzone illustrations is still bright.
