Small format. Dark green leather with gilt titles and decorations. 5th edition. Edited by Rev. T. Wilson. All edges gilt. B/w illustrations. Wear and rubbing to edges. Boards a little bowed. Name in ink to front endpaper. Some foxing throughout.

Blue embossed cloth with gilt title to spine and vignette to front cover. 207 pages. States "New Edition" on the title page. Contains b/w illustrations which have been hand-coloured for publication. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Covers a bit grubby and spine slightly darkened. Front joint cracked. Evidence of removal of bookplate to front pastedown, embossed address stamp and date in crayon to front endpaper. A few hinges pulled. Contents are well fingered with some slight foxing but still very good.
