Almost very good condition. Green pictorial cloth with elaborate decorations in gilt, blue and red. 17 beautiful tipped-in colour plates plus b/w chapter headers. 349 pages. Edges untrimmed.
Spine and corners bumped, small rubbed patch to top of spine. Some faint damp(?) staining to rear cover edges. There is a nibbled(?) patch to lower corner of rear cover (3cmx1cm). Endpapers lightly browned. Light foxing to contents. 1 plate has a light corner crease, all others are present and in fine condition. A few page margins are ragged where the pages have been opened roughly after binding.
