Very good condition. The third Rupert annual. 1st story Rupert and the Daffodils. Colour pictorial boards. Red cloth spine. 126 pages. 10x7.5".
Edges lightly rubbed, corners worn. At first glance, covers appear clean and bright, just a few grubby marks when looking closer. Red cloth spine is nice and bright. '1938' written in ink to front pastedown and name in belongs to box. 2" tear to lower gutter edge of pages 15-18 and 81-82. Hinges are pulled. Tape stain to some pages at the gutter (inner margin) where a tape repair was once affected due to pulled hinges. Page 49 and 63 detached. A few grubby marks. A reasonable copy of a scarce annual.
