Almost very good condition. Blue cloth, dark blue titles and vignette to front cover. Dark blue titles and fish decoration to spine. Green and white pictorial endpapers and decorated title page. 15 beautiful tipped-in colour plates plus chapter head & tail decorations. 136 pages. 10 x 7.5 inches.
Spine bumped, browned and worn with some loss of cloth from top edge. Heavy bump to top corner of front cover, only a little bumping and wear to other corners. A couple of small marks to covers with uneven fading to rear cover. Light browning and foxing to endpapers and prelims. Top edge of text block a little scratched, tiny mark to outside edge. Heavy browning to edges of some of the paper guards of plates, has also affected page opposite. All plates present and in fine condition.
