Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Dark blue cloth with yellow titles. Vivid yellow and blue pictorial endpapers. Colour frontis. 306 pages. Cricket is a frontier girl with a secret. An exceptionally bright copy with pages just very lightly browned. Pictorial wrapper has a faded spine and is edge-chipped with slight loss and a horizontal closed tear to lower spine.

Cream decorated boards, green titles. Tissue-guarded colour frontis. Illustrations to every page surrounding the verses. Includes afterword at rear of book. Very faint foxing to covers. Light foxing to prelims and a few other pages. Centre hinge slightly pulled. Glassine wrapper is edge-chipped and damaged to spine. A beautiful bright copy of this scarce Stratton-Porter title.

4 colour plates and 9 b/w line drawings. Blue cloth, gilt titles and vignette to front cover and spine. Blue and white pictorial endpapers. Top edge gilt. 227pp. Cr 4to. Spine slightly bumped and rubbed to head and tail. A couple of finger-marks to page margins otherwise contents bright. Original pictorial dustwrapper is slightly edge-chipped with a little loss to spine, 2" closed tear to top of front. A super first edition.
