Good condition. 2 volumes bound in one. Dark green textured cloth, gilt title to spine. 12 colour plates and numerous b/w illustrations.
Spine and corners bumped and worn. 2.5" split to top of front edge of spine. Covers a little grubby. Name in ink to front endpaper and pencil writing to pastedown. Front joint cracked by index and first page of index is partially detached. One gathering pulled with ragged edges. Foxing and browning to pages and plates, worst at edges. All plates present.
