Belongs to box has been completed, with some ink crossings out. Page 13/14 is MISSING!!! Foxing and grubby marks to some pages. Pages 76/77 have ink writing around in margins. Page margin loss to a few pages. Scribble in orange crayon to a couple of pages. A working copy only!!!
