Mowbray's Edition. Small format. Blue cloth, gilt title to spine. 12 colour plates. 244 pages. All edges blue. Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Small brown spot to front pastedown. Dustwrapper is edge worn with minimal loss and slightly grubby to rear panel.

Prince Charming Colour Books for Children series. Beige covers with pictorial onlay of Little Red Riding Hood, black titles. 48 colour plates (including 4 for the endpapers). 403 pages plus adverts. Boards a little grubby, pictorial onlay missing to front board. Gift inscription in ink to verso of endpaper dated 1919. Text block grubby. A few grubby marks to contents and some plate margins. Some plates have pale foxspots of varying sizes. Hinge between page 314 & 315 is pulled wide exposing stitching but binding is still tight.
