A book featuring the craft of Cut-Out Coloured Paper. Basic instructions, a story and 19 colour plates of pictures to make. Pictorial front cover with green and blue titles. 48 pages. Covers grubby and marked. Spine, corners and cover edges bumped and worn. Some loss of surface paper on spine. Name in ink to front endpaper. Many of the colour plates have tracing lines on them and the colour has transferred to other pages. Foxing to endpapers and adjoining pages. Marks to contents.
