The book has possibly been rebound, the ink to the vignette on front cover has smudged slightly. Spine and corners worn and covers slightly grubby. New endpapers. Foxing and other grubby marks to contents.

Spiral bound pictorial boards. Front board has a picture of a telephone with centre piece cut out and handset which can be lifted from the cradle. All pages have a circle cut out where dial of telephone (situated on inside rear cover) fits through. The phone dial makes a clicking noise when turned. Corners bumped, covers edge worn. Numbers showing through dial are a little worn. Receiver is worn where it 'rests' on front of book. Contents clean. Unfortunately the phone dial no longer makes the clicking noise.
