Almost very good condition.
Square format. Cream boards with illustration to front. 83 pages. Brown and black illustrations with verses below. Spine and corners worn with minimal loss to top and tail of spine and slight chipping of surface paper to rear edge of spine. A few tiny dents to cover edges. Light vertical creases to front cover. Covers are a bit grubby. Neat inscription in ink to front endpaper. Endpapers very lightly browned. A few light foxspots to contents and a few pages have a very light vertical crease to centre. Overall a nice copy of a very scarce Rupert Bear book.

Coloured pictures throughout. Printed L.T.A. Robinson. Cover corners and edges are very worn, with some chipping. Couple of scribble marks to endpapers in pencil and pen. Date in ink to title page. A few grubby margin marks. A good reading copy.

Pale green boards with red cloth spine. Front cover shows Rupert helping a boy from a hole in the ground. A Story and Picture Book with 120 cut-outs in colour. The cut-outs are Tourtel pictures taken from the stories. Numerous other b/w illustrations. (This is a 1950's reprint of the original which was published with 200 cut-outs and five stories). Contains: Rupert In Trouble Again; Rupert and the Old Man of the Sea; Rupert and the Wilful Princess; Rupert Goes Hiking. Spine is bumped and damaged - looks like it has been re-glued; also has some fraying to cloth. Some scuff marks and a few ink marks to covers. Corners and cover edges are very worn, with some bumping. Half of 1 of 1st pages with cut-outs on has been torn off. Top corner of 1 page is torn off, with a bit of loss to picture and a little to text. A working copy.

Large format. Pictorial card wraps. An edited transcript of the meeting held on September 17th 1988 at Brighton. SIGNED by John Harrold to bottom of front cover - 'To Lesley, with very best wishes!'. Also on an internal page, a humerous edit - also signed by Harrold. Spine and couple of cover edges are browned. This copy would make a wonderful gift.

Almost very good condition.
Orange boards and spine. Front cover shows Rupert and his friend Peter in a room with two barrels and a trunk. Coloured picture of Rupert on spine. 6 stories, first one is 'Rupert at the Seaside'. Colour frontis as cover. 50mm thick. 9 x 6". Unpaginated. Cover edges and sides of spine worn. Slight surface paper loss at top and tail of spine. Rear cover a little scuffed. Covers unusually bright and clean with very little wear to spine. Foxing to endpapers. Some neat colouring to contents. Two closed tears, one approximately 4" and repaired, the other 1". Both have old tapemarks. A couple of pulled hinges, some small closed margin tears, one page has corner tip missing. Otherwise the contents are bright and clean with no foxing. A nice copy. REDUCED FROM £750!
