Munster Fairy Tales For Young And Old. 3 stories. Green cloth, gilt title and border. Attractive b/w plates, some cats but not in Wain's usual anthropomorphic style. xiii + 78 pages. What appears to be 'repairs' to top and tail of spine. A few small splits/nicks to spine, with a little fraying to cloth. Uneven fading to covers. Corners are bumped, with wear. A couple of score marks to rear cover. Margin tear to front endpaper, which also has a couple of partially erased children's names. Foxing. B/w illustration to page 54 has some colouring to it.

Extracted out of the authentique Records of his Canonization as to the maine part, Anonymus, Matt. Paris, Capgraue, Harpsfeld, and others. Red cloth. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Darkening to covers; some spotting/damp marks. Ex-lib (school); bookplate to front pastedown. Front joint is cracked. A couple of small ink stamps to contents. Foxing.

Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
The story of Father Damien, whom Robert Louis Stevenson was to call 'one of the world's heroes and exemplars'. Pale grey boards with man riding a pony in red. Red titles to spine. B/w illustrations. 125 pages. Spine and corners bumoed. A little foxing / browning to board edges and spine. Foxing to top of text block otherwise contents are clean. Dust wrapper is edgeworn with a couple of small nicks. Spine is darkened and wrapper is grubby.
