Plate facing page 32 is detached and chipped at open edge. Hinges pulled.

Almost very good condition.
Young Folks Series. Large format. Pictorial cardwraps. 6 full page chromolithographs. 14 pages. Book has been affected by damp so that the covers and pages are lightly crinkled. Spine is rubbed and worn. Vertical edges of cover has slight surface paper loss. Heavy foxing to text. Chromoliths are beautifully clean and sharp. A lovely copy of a scarce title. REDUCED from £100.

Mother's Series. Small format (6 x 5 inch) pictorial paperwraps. 8 pages with 7 colour half-page illustrations. A verse to "My Mother" with "The Mother's Reply". Light rubbing to spine. A couple of tiny holes penetrate the whole book (so small that they do not detract from the overall condition of the book).
