Very good condition.
Three volumes. Three-quarter green leather binding. Raised bands and gilt titles to spines. Marbled boards. Mitford's novel is based largely on the town of Reading in Berkshire where the author lived for a number of years. No half-title in Volume 1 but not sure it was ever present. Final blank leaves present in all three volumes. Spines very slightly faded but overall a handsome set of this rare first edition.
