Limited to 500 copies. B/w illustrations. The decline and fall of the Port of Chepstow, from the height of its prosperity. The shipyards, ferries and sailing vessels of the Port of Chepstow. Blue cloth, gilt title to spine. xi and 215 pages including index. A little mottling to edges of boards. Text block browned, some foxing to top edge. Contents clean. Cream pictorial dustwrapper is a little grubby and spotted, lightly faded to spine, edge-worn with a few tears and small chips.

Blue cloth, gilt titles to spine. 8 b/w illustrations plus plan of Chepstow Inns. 103 pages including index. 8.5 x 5.5". SIGNED by the author (no dedication) to front endpaper. Top corner of boards bumped. top & tail of spine lightly shelf-worn. Text block & endpapers browned with some foxing. Grubby finger marks to page 14. The list of Chepstow Inns and their Landlords has some marked with a biro 'x' next to the name. Orange pictorial dustwrapper is unevenly faded and edge-worn.

Red cloth. Limited to 1000 copies. B/w illustrations. Valentine Morris was born in the island of Antigua in 1727 but lived for 30 years at the Piercefield, part of which is now Chepstow racecourse. Light scratch mark to front board (minor). Endpapers browned, minor foxing to text block and some page margins else contents clean. White pictorial dustwrapper is scuffed, a little grubby, a little worn at top of spine.

Heavy knock to top front board corner which is impacting the top corner of contents (very minor). Pencil erasure mark to top of front endpaper. Previous owner's address label to front pastedown. Contents clean. Green & white dustwrapper is grubby & scuffed, rubbed at corners, top front corner repaired with a white label to front and masking tape to rear.
