Green leather spine with gilt title. White and green decorated boards. B/w engravings to text. Limited to 1000 copies. Spine slightly worn at top and tail and is lightly browned. Some slight browning to edges of covers. Endpapers are lightly browned. Foxing to textblock. Tiny booksellers sticker and ink stamp of binder (S & S, London) to front pastedown. This is copy no. 521.

Top edge is cut and dyed blue, other edges untrimmed. 7 beautiful colour plates. Covers are foxed, spine is slightly browned. Some light foxing and some browning to endpapers. Contents clean. Burgundy slipcase is edge worn, title on spine has faded
