Large format. Green holly decorated cloth with pictorial onlay to front of girls collecting holly. Red titles to front cover, gilt to spine. Edited by Flora Klickman. colour and b/w illustrations. Illustrated title page by Maude Angell. 704 pages. Spine bumped and worn with 6" split to front edge and small splits at top and bottom. Corners bumped and worn. Some marks to covers. Front joint starting to crack, rear joint cracked showing webbing beneath but cover still firmly attached. Endpapers lightly browned. Name and date (1925) in ink to prelims. A couple of hinges starting to crack. Contents very good.
