Good condition. Blue cloth with gilt titles. Pictorial only of a girl wearing a black hat. 4 colour plates. B/w plates plus b/w illustrations. 232 pages.
Spine and corners bumped and worn. Spine browned. Small piece of surface paper damage to pictorial onlay. Covers grubby and marked. Front joint beginning to crack. Rear joint badly cracked showing webbing beneath. Several hinges are cracked. Binding is a little loose. Name and date to front endpaper. One plate is MISSING. One plate detached. Top of some pages have been roughly opened. Colouring to several b/w illustrations. Some foxing and fingering.
