Green cloth with gold, silver and black titles and decorations. Illustrated with paintings of scenes from Shakespeare by various artists. This edition follows the text of the Penguin Popular Classics edition published in 1995, with minor emendations. Introduced by Katherine Duncan-Jones. Top edge green. xix and 268 pages. A lovely copy contained in publisher's slipcase which is lightly shelf-scuffed.
