Almost very good condition. Large format. Beige cloth spine, pictorial front board showing boy and girl pulling a cracker. First story is "The Pirate Ship" by Munro. Colour plates and b/w illustrations throughout.
Spine, corners and cover edges bumped and worn. Covers slightly grubby. 6/- in pen to front endpaper. Inscription and name and address in ink to verso of frontis, some transfer of ink to blank page opposite. A couple of hinges starting to crack. Some foxing but contents generally clean. All colour illustrations present, 1 has ragged edge and crease - a binding error.
