Very good condition.
Gosse's Natural History. Small format. Dark brown cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations. viii and 328 pages including index. Spine and board edges lightly faded. Top & tail of spine worn with some fraying and slight loss of cloth. Boards scuffed. Corners lightly bumped. Bookplate to front pastedown. Name in ink to front endpaper. Some foxing and a few grubby marks to contents else a decent copy for a book of this age!

Wear to top & tail of spine. Tiny nick to vertical edge of rear board. Text block browned. Neat name in ink to front pastedown. Name & address ink-stamped to half-title page. Some foxing, a few grubby marks and stains to contents.
