Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
Light blue boards with gilt titles to spine. Biggles advertises his services in the hope that he can pick up the trail of a gun-running racket which is causing international concern. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Front free-endpaper has been removed and is MISSING. Textblock is slightly dusty else contents are clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn with a vertical crease to edge of front panel. Title list on rear of wrapper ends in Blue Moon. Possibly a slightly later dustwrapper according to biggles-online.com? Price is correct for year though?

Dean's Little Poppet Series, No. 25. The story of a little helicopter who becomes a hero after a brave and dangerous adventure. Yellow pictorial boards. Colour illustrations to text. Unpaginated. Spine lightly faded and worn at top & tail. Boards are a little grubby. Corners worn. Text block has become detached from the covers, was stuck to the boards with now age yellowed tape which has stained the pastedowns and front and last page at spine/gutter edge. Rear pastedown has pencil scribble and is coming unglued from rear board. Name in ink to top of title page. A few minor marks to contents and a few pencil marks (minor) to illustrations.
