Green boards with yellow titles to spine. Colour frontis. 168 pages. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Some browning to spine and to lower edges of covers. Book leans to one side a little. Foxing to endpapers and textblock else contents clean. Price-cut wrapper is slightly edge worn, faded to spine and lightly scuffed to rear panel.

Blue cloth with black titles. Colour frontis and 8 other illustrations. The first post-war Biggles story. 2nd impression. Spine bumped. Mottling to covers and a small white mark to top edge of rear cover. Tiny dent to top edge of rear cover. Date ink stamp to rear pastedown. Endpapers are partly browned. Some very slight foxing to textblock. Dustwrapper is edge worn and torn with slight loss and a little grubby to rear panel.
