Bubbling to cloth on front board. A few light marks to boards. Front joint is cracked by frontis. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Browning to some pages and endpapers. Foxing to some pages and tissue guards, otherwise contents are clean.

74th annual volume. Glazed pictorial boards show children on a beach with donkeys. Adverts to rear cover and endpapers. Serial story is 'Two Little New Zealanders'. Colour frontis plus b/w illustrations. 148 pages. A little bumping and wear to spine and corners. Rear cover slightly scuffed. Worm hole through front cover and damage for 1.75" along front joint. Ink inscription to verso of frontis. Just an odd mark to contents.

Blue patterned boards with gilt titles to front. Contains 9 issues (January - September). Colour frontis, b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Board edges are rubbed. Some darkening to boards and a few marks. Front Joint cracked meaning frontis is partially detached. Rear joint is also cracked as are several hinges meaning the binding is a little loose. Possibly two plates and rear endpaper missing. Inscription in ink to front endpaper (dated 1927) and to verso of frontis. Some colouring of b/w illustrations. Some page browning. Grubby marks. A reading copy only.
